Dacia Duster Pickup – a cheap helper in the forest!

Dacia launched its first-ever SUV on the European market in 2010 and named it Duster . The Romanian brand is experiencing noticeable success with this model, as it is a relatively good car with an acceptable price tag. After the introduction of the Lodgy MPV, it's time to work on the next model, and according to the latest information, it looks like we'll see a Duster Pickup .

The planned pickup should follow on from the older Logan Pickup , which is no longer on sale in France. So that we can imagine the new body design, the source caradisiac.com created a rather sophisticated illustration. On this one, we can see beautifully how the pickup is the same as the crossover down to the B-pillar . The rear overhang will probably be extended by 20 cm due to the loading space. We can expect a Double Cab , but also a Single Cab with a longer loading area. Both will offer satellite navigation as standard equipment, for an additional fee you can choose the R-Link multimedia system from Renault.

Under the hood will be a 1.6 -liter gasoline engine with 105 horsepower, as well as a 1.5 -liter four-cylinder dCi diesel with 90 and 110 horsepower. As standard, the pickup truck will be sold with front-wheel drive, but all-wheel drive will also be available. The first estimates claim that the premiere should take place in 2014 .
