Dacia celebrates ten years on the markets in Western Europe

Last year, Romanian Dacia commemorated the ten-year anniversary of the start of production of the low-cost Logan sedan , and this year it commemorates the ten-year anniversary of Logan's launch on the Western European market . As a reminder of this important milestone, a limited edition 10th Anniversary will be presented in Geneva, which will be associated with all models except the commercial Dokker Van.

Recognizing the special edition will probably not be a problem, especially if it will be painted in the additional color Cosmos blue . It was not chosen by chance, because according to Dacia, blue is its traditional color. All model lines (Sandero, Logan, Logan MCV, Dokker, Lodgy and Duster with front or all-wheel drive) will also have dark alloy wheels and mirror caps in the same shade.

The blue color has also penetrated the interior, where it can be found in the Sombre shade on the seats with gray stitching, seat belts and unique carpets , which, however, are not part of the equipment of the spacious Dokker and Lodgy models. Probably the most interesting element of the birthday edition is the standard Media Nav Evolution multimedia system with navigation and a seven-inch color touch screen. In addition to navigation, there is also the option of pairing with a smartphone, radio control, music streaming, real-time notification of accidents or interesting places on the route, and if you have a smartphone with an Apple operating system, you can use SIRI voice control . And since the equipment of all models is based on the top level Lauréate , in addition to infotainment, air conditioning, cruise control with speed limiter or a leather multifunction steering wheel will not be missing.

In the jacket of the new limited edition, the Romanian automaker will also show the Duster 1.2 TCe with a power of 125 hp with a torque of 205 Nm between 2000-3000 rpm in combination with the newly supplied all-wheel drive (2WD, Auto and Lock modes). Don't expect a reduction gearbox , instead the six-speed manual has a very short first gear and, in addition, 90 percent of the torque already from 1500 rpm. The much-watched consumption has stabilized at 6.4 l/100 km, which corresponds to 145 g CO2/km.
