Citroën will show the modernized Berlingo in Geneva

The Geneva Motor Show will be the scene of many premieres in which the modernized Berlingo should definitely not fit in. However, before we get official information, Citroën released the Mountain Vibe concept , which combines modernization with off-road nature.

At first glance, the Berlingo Mountain Vibe is a bit wild, with the light green body decorated with pink contours and discreet plastic edging. Both elements are said to encourage "to leave the road and climb the hills" . That it won't be so hot when tackling is indicated by the ground clearance and the wheels, which, although they have pink snow chains, are otherwise completely shod with road tires. Don't expect all-wheel drive either, instead Citroën used the Grip Control system , helping with traction on slippery or otherwise unpaved surfaces.

Surprisingly, the French carmaker does not stop with pink even when viewed from the front, where plastic in this color lines the newly shaped fog lamps , above which "enthrone" strips of LED diodes for daytime lighting. A rather bizarre element is the skids covered with pink foam . In the interior, you will come across the pink color when examining the gray fabric upholstery. The five seats are quilted in this distinctive color. Another difference from the standard version are the colored carpets and the glass roof . The traditional advantage of the Berlingo is a large interior space and plenty of storage areas.
