Chevrolet introduced two new models with the Z71 logo

In 1988, the first Chevrolet with the designation Z71 appeared on the market. Since then, this brand has literally become a cult name for SUVs and pickups with all-wheel drive and off- road accessories . So far, the last models bearing the Z71 logos will be the Tahoe and Suburban SUVs .

The Z71 package, which is available exclusively on all-wheel-drive models in LT trim, includes 18-inch alloy wheels with off-road tires , a front bumper skid plate, a Z71-badged radiator grille, side steps and front bumper eyelets for potential snagging tow rope. The front parking assistant was added to the equipment. The chassis received newly adjusted shock absorbers , springs and a stabilizer bar at the front and rear.

Thanks to the start of production in October, both models will receive new technologies, which will subsequently be extended to the entire model range in the LT and LTZ versions. Specifically, it is an OnStar 4G LTE Internet connection with a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, a wireless charging station for mobile phones and opening the trunk using a sensor in the rear bumper, which is activated by the movement of the foot.
