Bugatti SUV – Music of the future

Lately, I've gotten quite used to the fact that car companies, which throughout their history focused on a certain category of cars, are dabbling in unexplored areas. I mean luxury manufacturers such as Maserati, Bentley and others who felt the need to produce an SUV .

I remember the first reactions of the general public to Bugatti 's announcement that in the near future they will produce a hypercar with 1000 horses and a maximum speed of over 400 km/h. Most motoring journalists found the announcement ridiculous, despite the fact that it is an open secret about the almost inexhaustible coffers of the VW concern. After expensive development, the iconic Veyron rolled out of the factory and all the ugly watchers' jaws dropped.

However, the Veyron is already completely sold out, except for the special editions, and all that remains is to look for another model. The following lines are not based on official information, but only on the imagination of the Norwegian artist Christer Stormark . He put together the characteristic elements of the Veyron, added another pair of doors and placed everything quite a bit above the road. Result? A preview of what a future SUV from Bugatti could look like.

The development of an SUV by Bugatti would certainly not be an end in itself. You probably remember that with great exaggeration, the engineers took the Veyron as a kind of technical exercise. Proof that the almost impossible can be achieved with the right capital. So why not make an SUV with a W16 engine, 1200 horsepower and a top speed of 370 km/h? For now, everything is only the music of the future, but maybe we have another car in front of our eyes that will go down in the history of motoring.
