BMW 3 series with extended wheelbase

The German premium car manufacturer BMW really pampers its Asian customers and has prepared for them the 3 series with an extended wheelbase, which will be seen for the first time at the International Motor Show in Beijing this year.

The main and essentially the only change compared to the standard version is the extended wheelbase, which is now 2,920 mm. All 110 millimeters then went to extend the legroom for passengers in the rear seats.

And what is hidden under the hood? The 320Li version includes a two-liter four-cylinder with an output of 135 kW (184 hp) and 270 Nm of torque. Those interested in turbocharging will also be able to purchase a two-liter four-cylinder 328Li with an output of 180 kW (245 hp) and 350 Nm of torque. The top of the offer will be a turbocharged six-cylinder with a displacement of 3.0 liters doped with a pair of turbochargers with an output of 225 kW (306 hp).

However, the BMW 3-er LWB will not be the only model to be presented in Beijing. At this car manufacturer's stand, visitors will also be able to see, for example, the 6 Series GranCoupe , the M6 , the facelifted X6 and the X3 xDrive28i .
