The American car manufacturer Dodge extends the use of the special Blacktop package to other models in its range. After the Challenger, Charger and Avenger , the SUV Durango and the MPV Grand Caravan will see it, respectively. Journey .
First up is the largest MPV in the brand's range, the Grand Caravan model. The Blacktop version will bring a black front mask, 17-inch wheels and darkened lights and fog lights. The interior will receive black upholstery with contrasting silver stitching and a leather steering wheel or gear lever head. The Blacktop package will be available for $595 (approx. CZK 12,000) for the equipment called SXT .
The second model is a smaller MPV or, if you prefer, a Journey crossover. It even gets 19-inch wheels, a new mask, darkened lights and new mirror covers. In the interior, it will offer black fabric seats (heated leather for an extra charge), a heated steering wheel and an 8.4-inch Uconncet system touch screen. The Blacktop package will be available for the SXT equipment for $995 (approx. CZK 19,500).
The last model is the large Durango SUV , which looks very nice even without the Blacktop accessories. However, a potential buyer will certainly not disdain the black radiator mask or the 20-inch ones separately, when both properties together cost only 295 dollars (approx. 6,000 CZK). They will be available for Rally versions or R/T
Models equipped in this way will go on sale in the first half of 2013 ( Durango) or the second half of 2013 (Grand Caravan and Journey).
