Appearance changes are visible especially in the front parts, where the new radiator grille is accompanied by LED lights , known as Jewel Eye by Acura. The rear lights are also new, also equipped with modern diodes. The range of cast wheels includes modernized seventeens . Completely new to the ILX lineup is the A-Spec version with 18-inch wheels, a trunk lid spoiler, side skirts, fog lights, and a black interior with gray stitching and red instrument panel backlighting.
