The Acura ILX could get a turbocharged engine . At least that's what product manager Gary Robinson says. According to him, Acura has always claimed the best engines ever produced by Honda under the hood. And the two-liter turbo VTEC , which will soon be on the market, will certainly be a great unit. This engine should come to market this year and should be produced for the US market at the Anna plant in Ohio . The exact specification has not yet been given by the automaker, but the estimated output is around 300 horsepower (223 kW).
