Abarth na Motor Show v Boloni

Abarth cars were, are and always will be something that is guaranteed to get the blood pumping for the true motoring fan. However, in the past, the Abarth was not only characterized by powerful engines and modified looks, but also a certain amount of madness. Although it has declined significantly with the arrival of new models, even in the brand's current portfolio, many a "petrolhead" will certainly choose it. In connection with the current offer, we now look at what cars with a scorpion in the emblem will be seen at the 36th Bologna Motor Show.

And we'll start pretty sharp! Covered in dark paint, the Punto Scorpione will offer a stylish body kit on the exterior, complemented by a matte rendering of the hood and roof. Inside, we can look forward to sports seats, stainless steel pedals, a sports steering wheel and aluminum trim on the door panels.

The car's power will be supplied through a turbocharged four-cylinder MultiAir with a volume of 1.4 liters, a maximum power of 132 kW and a torque of 270 Nm. This combination enables acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 216 km/h. The series will be limited to only 99 pieces.

Other pieces on display will be based on the iconic Fiat 500. However, this is by no means a cause for sadness! The Abarth 695 Assetto Corse is a concept racing car. According to the given regulations, it is therefore equipped with functional elements of the exterior, an inner protective cage, racing seats, Lexan windows and incredibly poisonous brakes. Contact with the road is ensured by black 17" alloy wheels in the design of road racing discs from the 90s.

Under the hood is a turbocharged four-cylinder with a volume of 1.4 liters and a maximum output of 151 kW. It is connected to the Sadev sequential gearbox through a racing ceramic clutch, which ensures perfect transmission of power and torque to the front driven axle.

Under the hoods of the Abarth 595 Turismo and 595 Competizione, a 1.4-liter Turbo T-Jet four-cylinder appears. 118 kW of power and 230 Nm of torque are available, thanks to which both models accelerate to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 211 km/h. What else could you wish for? Just the perfect look.

The Abarth 595 Turismo is wrapped in a two-tone body paint and stands on 17" alloy wheels. Inside the car, we find leather seat upholstery, Alutex lining and a sports steering wheel.

In contrast, the 595 Competizione has only one shade of Grigio Rekord paint, but it can be proud of contrasting yellow brakes and unique 17" wheels. Inside, we find the seat upholstery in a combination of leather and Alcantara, the Ergal gear lever head and the aluminum paneling of the instrument panel.

The Bologna Motor Show starts already on December 3 and it is already clear that we can look forward to a whole range of exceptional cars.
