BMW 1M od Kelleners Sport

German tuner Kelleners Sport took a stab at the BMW 1M Coupé and the result was this brutal exotic with more than 400 horsepower.

Paradoxically, this time there is no mention in the official press release of the remapping of the control unit of the twice-turbocharged six-cylinder, as we have already become accustomed to after the quantum of tuning modifications. The engineers from Kelleners Sport achieved a total output of 301 kW and a torque of 550 Nm only by installing a stainless steel sports exhaust with a diameter of 83 mm. So the question arises, whether the standard 1M Coupé is so strongly undersized just because of keeping a distance from the larger M3.

The chassis did not remain unchanged either. Adjustable dampers and 20" alloy wheels are available, with a choice of Hamburg and Berlin designs. Both sets of wheels then have the same dimensions of 245/30 for the front axle and 265/30 for the rear axle.

The optical side has been preserved this time and that is more than good. The only changes compared to the standard 1M Coupé are the installation of a front lip and a stainless steel stretch in the area of the air intakes in the front bumper.

The interior also underwent minor changes. There is now perforated leather and Alcantara in white-black contrast, inlaid tuning carpets and aluminum pedals.
