Renault presents the Duster in a pickup version

At the end of October last year, Renault caused quite a stir with the introduction of the Duster Oroch concept . And since the reactions to the car were generally positive, the French manufacturer decided to launch a practical model with a double cab into serial production. Unfortunately, Europe can forget him.

Compared to the concept, Renault got rid of all the more futuristic elements , but the base with a five-seater double cabin and a relatively long loading area remained. Compared to the European Dacia Duster, the Oroch has a slightly different front end with a more attractive radiator grille and a different headlight arrangement. Visual masculinity is provided by the roof rails , transitioning into the supports of the loading area, or the shaping of the rear bumper. And when we talk about the rear parts, it is impossible not to mention the large lights with interesting optics.

The cabin is dominated by the seven-inch display of the Media NAV multimedia system with navigation, but the rest is the old familiar Dacia. The French manufacturer is keeping the technical details of the Duster Oroch to themselves for now, but petrol units with a volume of 1.6 and 2.0 liters with ethanol combustion can be expected.
