Lotus celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Elise with a special model with many improvements. The first Elise was presented in September 1995 in Frankfurt . Now a model is coming to the market that will replace the Elise S Club Racer type. He weighs only 914 kilograms, i.e. ten less than the previous athlete. Its eighteen-cylinder engine produces 162 kW of power and 250 Nm of torque. Thanks to this, the new Elise reaches 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and can drive up to 237 km/h. At the same time, it says it only claims 5.9 liters, but its owner will not be interested in that anyway.
The new anniversary Elise will be offered in blue, green, yellow and silver with a matte black diffuser, mirrors and roof. The wheels will be painted black metallic. Another differentiator will be special logos on the seats and dashboard. The price is set at 39,900 pounds, i.e. roughly 1.5 million crowns. In addition, you will have to pay extra for a car radio with CD and USB and air conditioning, if you want it.
