Smart showed the outgoing generation of ForTwo in the last limited edition

The time of the second generation Smart ForTwo is slowly but surely coming to an end. Even before the two-seater convertible retires, what characterizes the stylish model throughout its career comes. Limited series with the signature of a fashion brand , in this case the glasses manufacturer Moscot . The New York company is celebrating its hundredth birthday this year.

And maybe that's why only one hundred special convertibles will be produced with a glossy black body and a yellow matte Tridion safety frame , respectively a front window frame in the same color. The same combination also abounds in the rear-view mirror covers and Brabus Monoblock VII alloy wheels. The front splitter also comes from car tuner Daimler, while the lights adorn a titanium dark background. The Tritop retractable canvas roof has a rear window made of glass.

Yellow and black also intersect in the interior, most notably on the seats, instruments and dashboard. The steering wheel, the already mentioned dashboard, carpets, seats, door panels or armrest have contrasting stitching with yellow thread. The shifter head has a yellow center. The equipment includes Lemtosh Smart glasses with replaceable lenses for most weather conditions under the name Moscot Smart Drive Package .

The technology is based on the specification from the Brabus company , under the hood there is a turbo-doped petrol three-cylinder engine with an output of 102 horsepower in cooperation with a five-speed robotic manual transmission. In addition to the sports setting, the chassis is 10 mm closer to the road . The German manufacturer has set the price at 29,524 euros (approx. 809,000 crowns) and in addition to the world premiere today in Milan at the official birthday party of the Moscot brand, the Smart will also be seen at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
