Elvis' Cadillac Seville a new exhibit in Beaulieu

The British National Motoring Museum in Beaulieu has a new exhibit. It is a Cadillac Seville from 1977. It probably wouldn't be an interesting piece if its former owner was not the King of Rock'n'roll Elvis Presley . He bought it for ordinary riding in October 1976 and used it until his death. Elvis came up with the red and silver color scheme himself. The bodywork for the car company was built by Fisher , while the gray interior also combined luxurious wood paneling and leather. The original condition of the car is confirmed, for example, by the CB radio , with which Elvis maintained communication with the kitchen at Graceland or with the security guard, who always asked to open the door when passing through. The car was equipped with electrically operated windows and mirrors. After Elvis' death, his father Vernon gave the car to Elvis' girlfriend Ginger Alden . Later, the car was bought at auction by Briton Steve Horn , who dedicated it to his wife Suzannah , who was a big fan of Elvis. They have now decided to share the car with others and have it displayed in the Beaulieu museum.
