The new Logan will soon become the seventh model in Dacia 's current range and will once again increase the already quite large circle of customers.
Dacia really played with the camouflage of the car, so there is no point in arguing about what the new Logan will look like. However, current indications suggest that the car will share a platform and a number of elements with the Renault Fluence . Logically, he could take over some exterior shapes from him to reduce production costs. In any case, we can look forward to new materials and a more spacious cabin.
I don't suppose that Dacia would be tempted by the current wave of downsizing and come up with a revolutionary engine palette. Let's start with the engines that are available in the popular Sandero hatchback. The basis would thus be a four-cylinder 12V 16V with an output of 55 kW, a more powerful petrol unit with a volume of 1.6 liters will offer 62 kW. Dacia has only one diesel engine, but in two power variants (1.5 dCi 55kW, 65kW). The modern four-cylinder boasts direct fuel injection, a particulate filter and excellent fuel consumption.
The concept of the new Dacia Logan will certainly be presented at the Paris Motor Show , and we could expect the production version in March in Geneva . Practically, this means that in about 9 months, the new Logan will be in Czech garages.
