Even BMW sometimes looks back on its past. Now they made a video with the first generation of the 6 series coupe, which was codenamed E24 . All the traditional features of the Munich cars of the time are preserved on this coupe, such as the shark nose or four round headlights. We can admire all this on the 635 CSi version with an in-line six-cylinder engine with a power of 282 hp. The volume is 3.5 liters, because back then the BMW numerical designation still made sense. In addition, the E24 generation was the first to be equipped with electronics to a large extent, such as the control of important vehicle systems. Its appearance will be presented to us by Armin Gollob , the designer behind the exterior of BMW cars, who, for example, also designed the shape of the mirrors for better airflow. Gollob is rightfully proud of his work to this day.
