Renault launches the Sandero hatchback on the Brazilian market

Last year, the Renault Logan, the twin of the Dacia Logan, which is also very popular in our country, entered the Brazilian market . These days, the French carmaker introduces another Dacia with its logo into the land of samba, this time the Sandero hatchback .

The modifications compared to the Romanian sister practically copy those of Logan. On the body, we can find a new radiator grille , modified graphics of the front lights, more chrome and, above all, a new front bumper . More changes took place in the interior, which is practically completely new. It shares only the multimedia system, alarm clocks, gear lever and some controls with the European Sander. The rest rather complements the current Renault offer , including the decor in glossy black.

Under the hood we find a pair of power units, which are divided according to equipment levels. The base Authentique model is powered by a 77-horsepower liter four-cylinder that can alternatively burn ethanol . Higher versions of the Expression and Dynamique have a 99-horsepower 16 -liter gasoline engine under the hood, which jumps to 107 horsepower when burning ethanol.

Speaking of equipment, in the basic Authentique you get a pair of front airbags, ABS, EBD or painted bumpers, in the middle Expression you can also look forward to air conditioning, electrically operated windows, a radio with Bluetooth with USB connectivity or an on-board computer and the top version Dynamique it also has cruise control, electric mirrors or a leather steering wheel.
