Jay Leno once again took one of his cars to the garage, one of the most beautiful supercars of the 70s – the 1971 De Tomaso Pantera . It was one of the first cars with a mid-engine at the time and is still cheaper than a Ferrari or a Lamborghini of that era, although offers more performance. However, finding a vehicle that does not need repairs is a problem. Jay prefers the '71 version because its look is clean and unaltered by the later larger bumpers and wheels. Plus, like all Americans, he just loves the Ford V8 engine from the Mustang. And that despite the fact that the Pantera doesn't sound like a Mustang at all.
