Paul Walker died in a car accident in California with a Porsche Carrera GT last November. The car was driven by his friend and racer Roger Rodas , who also died in the accident. At that time, the seventh part of the Fast and Furious series was being filmed, where he played one of the main characters – Brian O'Conner . Filming was immediately stopped and it was not known how the makers would deal with such a loss
There was speculation that the character of Brian would not appear in the film at all, or that Paul would be replaced by his brother Cody. Now, Universal Pictures has revealed that Paul would be portrayed in unedited scenes by actors with similar features, who will be additionally computer-generated as Paul. The actor's voice will also be computerized. The lookalikes were reportedly already hired. The premiere of the seventh part in Czech cinemas is announced for April 9, 2015.
