Audi has registered new names, a sharp SUV and a luxurious crossover are on the way

Audi recently announced the launch of eleven new models in the coming years. Of course, so far only assumptions are circulating on the Internet, but from the published information we can assume that most of the models should belong to crossovers and SUVs .

Perhaps an answer is on the way for Mercedes, which will welcome the new GLA 45 AMG this year. An example can be the registration of the SQ2 model series . That these would be the first steps towards a new, faster version of the small SUV Q2 ? If you still don't have an idea of what it might look like, try finding the 2012 Crosslane Coupé Concept .

Furthermore, Audi has registered the SQ4 brand , which will most likely be a sharp version of the Audi Q4 , the presentation of which we can look forward to in a month . Its direct rival should be the Range Rover Evoque . We also heard mentions of the Q9 designation . This indicates intentions in the luxury SUV segment, where the Q7 alone is not enough . Whether we will see an intermediate stage in the form of the Q8 remains to be seen. The registration of " f-tron " also deserves attention, from which we can infer further development in the field of alternative drives and additions to the e-tron (electro-hybrid) and g-tron (CNG) series.

For now, this is only speculation , but even so, we can guess where Audi wants to move in the future, whether it will be concepts or final production cars. They often practice these maneuvers with the registrations of various car brands in order to protect their know-how .
