Jeep will show a special edition off-road Wrangler in LA

When you think of World War II, most people think of the CJ Willys – a compact off-roader that went through it all and survived almost everything. After more than 68 years, Jeep refers to it with a special edition of its modern successor.

The Wrangler Willys Wheeler Edition features special "Willys" graphics on the hood and "4 Wheel Drive" on the fifth door, a gloss black grille, seventeen-inch gloss black wheels, and, in the Sport version, a removable canvas roof .

Off-road, the Command-Trac 4×4 all-wheel drive, Dana 44 rear axle with limited-slip differential, Jeep Trail Rated Kit package and proper BF Goodrich KM Mud Terrain off-road tires will come in handy.

The drive is provided by a six-cylinder 3.6 Pentastar engine with an output of 288 hp and a torque of 352 Nm, which cooperates with a six-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic.

The base price for the two-door Sport model was set at $25,795 (approx. CZK 520,000) and for the four-door Unlimited at $29,595 (approx. CZK 597,000).
