Infiniti has released the first image of the Q30 concept , which will make its world premiere at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show , marking the next step in the Infiniti brand's expansion into new premium car segments.
The Infiniti Q30 concept foreshadows the vision of a modern design of a compact car of the Infiniti brand, which will target a new generation of people interested in exclusive cars. It will be revealed at Infiniti's press conference, which is scheduled to begin on September 10 at 10:15 a.m. in Hall 5 at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The anticipated Q30 concept embodies a vision of unmistakable design , which, combined with innovative materials, precise execution and artistic processing, brings a fundamental shift in the segment of exclusive compact cars. The style of the Infiniti Q30 concept deliberately avoids classification – it is neither a coupe, nor a hatchback, nor a crossover, but a combination of the three body types . It is aimed at younger customers who are looking for an alternative to traditional exclusive compact cars and are open to approaches that defy convention.
Infiniti is confident that the combination of the dynamic design and sporty appearance of the coupé, the spaciousness of the hatchback and the height of the crossover will find a response among these customers. Led by Alfonso Albaisa , Executive Director of Design, Infiniti 's design team applied bolder, more sensual shapes to the Q30, signaling the future direction of the brand's design language.
