The American tuner Hennessey played with the Ford Taurus SHO

Ford Taurus SHO is a rather special "sharp sedan". Why? Well, mainly because, although it is considered the best in the Taurus model range, it is neither fast enough nor light enough.

Its turbocharged six-cylinder 3.5 EcoBoost still has potential to give away. Especially when it comes to various tuning adjustments. Hennessey Performance intends to convince you of this. Thanks to his MaxBoost 445 kit, the performance jumps from 370 hp to 451 hp!

This, of course, also entails an improvement in dynamic parameters – the sprint to 96 km/h takes 4.3 seconds, the modified sedan completes the quarter mile in 12.8 seconds. Appearance-wise, Hennessey has added several modifier plaques or headrests with embroidered logos.

However, most people don't go for a similar tuning anyway because of the loss of warranty. But Hennessey is trying to convince you too – it provides a one- year warranty or a 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on the entire modification.
