With the hatchback (or station wagon) version of the Skoda Rapid , it doesn't look as dark as it might have seemed last year. An almost unmasked Rapid Spaceback prototype was caught in Spain.
He pretended to be a Fabia Combi of the previous generation and he certainly managed to confuse many drivers. The fact that a group of third-generation Octavia Combi and an Audi A3 Sportback drove as an accompanying convoy with the Rapid certainly played a role in this.
Nevertheless, one of the passers-by managed to spot the car – thanks to the stickers on the rear lights. Unfortunately, we do not yet have more information about the Rapid Spaceback than those photos. The date of the premiere is also speculative – this year's Frankfurt Motor Show .
I have to admit that the Spaceback doesn't look bad from these photos. However, it will be worse with its use – as a small station wagon, Skoda has the Fabia in its range, the Roomster covers medium-sized requirements and then there is the Octavia in its range…
