Korean hot hatches were revealed before the premiere itself

The Korean car manufacturer Kia has decided to reveal most of the information and other photos of the new models even before tomorrow's premiere in Geneva. Specifically, these are representatives of hot hatches – the three-door Pro_cee'd GT and the five-door Cee'd GT .

Both body variants have under the hood a turbocharged four-cylinder 1.6 GDI with a power of 205 hp and a torque of 265 Nm. The automaker states that the combined fuel consumption is 7.4 l/100 km and CO2 emissions are 171 g/km. The power unit is connected to a six-speed manual transmission, with which the Korean sports hatchback accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 230 km/h.

Korean hot-hatchbacks can be recognized on the road primarily by an aggressive body kit, redesigned front grille, four-point LED daytime running lights, two exhaust tips and a set of 18-inch alloy wheels with red callipers peeking out from under them. The interior will offer Recaro sports seats, aluminum pedals, a 7-inch TFT display and other modified little things.

A special introductory series of the Pro_cee'd GT model will be available from the start of production, which will feature a custom-improved exterior and interior and will be limited to only the first 500 units . In the so-called 1st Edition , we can find, for example, automatic air conditioning, adaptive xenon headlights, satellite navigation or a sunroof.
