At the end of last month, the three-door hot-hatchback Pro_cee'd GT from the Korean automaker Kia was officially revealed . It didn't take long and we already have the first official image and three photos of the unmasked Cee'd GT on the street in South Korea.
The Cee'd GT will get the same visual form as its three-door sibling, which is no surprise. This means that even in the five-door model, we will see a specially modified front bumper with eight LEDs for daytime running lights and a revised rear bumper with a diffuser and two exhaust tips. The icing on the cake will be a set of 18-inch alloy wheels, under which red brake calipers will be hidden.
The newly revealed Kia Cee'd GT won't surprise you with the interior either, here too it will have identical elements to the Pro_cee'd GT model. Specifically, we mean Recaro sports seats with red stitching, a sports steering wheel and also upholstery according to the customer's wishes. Either Pro_cee'd GT or Cee'd GT , both will have a turbocharged 1.6 -liter GDI four-cylinder gasoline engine with 205 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque under the hood. The power unit will be paired with a six-speed manual that will send power to the front wheels.
Kia will present both hot hatchbacks in less than a month at the Geneva Motor Show. Production will take place in Žilina, Slovakia, and the five-door model will enter the market at the end of this year.
