Dodge Dart Mopar will be presented at the Chicago Auto Show

The Dodge car company presented a special edition of its current Dart model , which will be named Mopar . As the name suggests, the car was taken to show off by the engineers of the tuning company Mopar, while only 500 units will be produced.

Several Mopar special cars were introduced to the public years ago. For example, let's name the Challenger Mopar 2010 or in the year Charger Mopar 2011 . So now it's the turn of the small sedan Dart, which is very popular among young people in the USA. The new Dart Mopar will be officially presented at this year's Chicago Auto Show, which starts already on February 9.

At first glance, the car catches the eye with a great combination of glossy black color, which is divided by 2 blue stripes along its entire length. The name suggests that the engine will be the main driver. We are talking about a turbocharged fourteen-cylinder engine with 160 horsepower, which will work with a six-speed manual transmission.

In addition to the mentioned body color, the Dodge Dart Mopar will also attract the attention of passers-by thanks to the 18" glossy black wheels with the modifier logo. Compared to the standard version, it has a chassis lowered by 7 millimeters, improved steering and, last but not least, also drilled brake discs.

To top it all off, there is also a tuned exhaust system and an aerodynamic kit designed to boost downforce and optimize the car's aerodynamics. This kit includes a decent rear wing, a diffuser and a front spoiler. In the interior, the Dart Mopar will pamper its customers with tailor-made floor mats, sports aluminum pedals, a steering wheel stitched with the typical blue thread and a multimedia center with a 8.4" screen.
