The French car manufacturer Renault has released information about the entry of the seven-seater Grand Kangoo model into the French market. The car, which is produced at the Renault MCA plant in Maubeuge , will be available from around April. Prices start at 20,750 euros, i.e. about 511,000 crowns.
The Renault Grand Kangoo is a personal version of the popular light commercial vehicle. In terms of interior space, it is based on the sibling Kangoo Maxi . Now, however, the goal is not to have as much space as possible for the transport of cargo and Euro pallets, but to accommodate as many passengers and their luggage as possible. It goes without saying that the interior has full variability, including the possibility of folding or completely removing the last row of seats.
The only major flaw in the beauty is the range of engines. For the Renault Grand Kangoo , there is only one dCi diesel unit with a volume of 1.5 liters to choose from. However, it is available in two power variants with 90 and 110 horses. In the combined cycle , both versions will consume no more than 5.5 liters and emit no more than 144 grams of CO 2 per kilometer.
