Dodge presented a new version of the Charger

Winter is here and many people puzzle over how to get to the mountains every year. It is almost impossible with a classic two- wheeler , so most people reach for a four- wheeler . And it is this group of people that Dodge is trying to attract with the new version of the Charger sedan.

It is called AWD Sport and, in addition to all-wheel drive, it also gets other equipment advantages. The most important news initially, however, is that the Charger AWD Sport will only be available with the 300-horsepower Pentastar V6 and the 370-horsepower Hemi V8 .

The Sport package offered for this car is available for the SXT, SXT Plus, R/T and R/T Plus trim levels. For both versions with the letters SXT , the surcharge for the package is 1,395 dollars (approx. 27,000 CZK) and for the versions with the letters R/T then for 1,195 dollars (approx. 23,000 CZK). Of course, all-wheel drive is standard for all mentioned versions.

And what does the Sport package even bring? Initially, it is a black radiator grille, 19-inch wheels with all-season tires, a rear spoiler, a Beats audio system and a sportier-tuned transmission. In addition, the SXT and R/T versions get black cloth sports seats, while Plus-badged models get a choice of black or red Nappa leather sports seats.

The production of the model will start at the end of December and the first customers will drive in the beginning of 2013.
